“Das Zimmer war makellos, wie auf den Fotos, sehr sauber. Das Personal war allzeit sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich sowie hilfsbereit. Exzellente Ausstattung, es gab einen kleinen Fitnessraum mit spinning bike und Laufband von Peloton sowie einem Rudergerät und diverse Gewichte für Krafttraining. Der Wellnessbereich mit Pooö und Saunen hat ebenfalls sehr überzeugt!”

“Alles sehr schön eingerichtet, super Wellnessbereich und leckeres Essen. Wir haben den Besitzer im Wellnessbereich getroffen und hatten ein sehr nettes Gespräch. Er war sehr offen für Feedback und unser Wohl lag ihm am Herzen. Das einzige Manko in unserer Suite war, dass das Licht in der Toilette nicht einzeln angeschaltet werden kann. Aber dies zu korrigieren ist wohl schon in Planung. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder....

“Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...

“Trevligt och fint rum med härlig utsikt! Helt ok frukost och bra mat på restaurangen. Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam trots begränsad kommunikationsförmåga då vi inte pratar tyska och deras engelska var begränsad. Bra parkering och möjligt att ladda elbil. Engelska menyer hade varit till stor hjälp, men det finns ju bra appar för översättning. ”

“Eine tolle Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Herzlichen Dank für Ihre tolle Mühe ! Mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Restaurant nebenan. Dort gute Auswahl und super Bedienung. Komme gerne wieder. Rundum bestens versorgt gefühlt. Toll war auch das gleich bei der Ankunft vorne jemand an der Rezeption war. Sehr einladend und es wurde gleich auf alles hingewiesen. Frühstückszeiten wo und wann....WiFi......Zimmer wo usw. Danke das ich bei Ihnen war ! Herzliche Grüße !”
