“The staff is very very good 10/10, property is very clean and new.
The room, the fan extractor in the shower is an endless noise, even with the door close you can hear it through the night, really annoying.
The phone has a very bright light that illuminates the room during night, we have to put a towel on top to avoid it.
They sell this room as the curtains fully covers the windows but finish end with a big bright line in the morning that completely ruins your sleep.

“Had difficulty with my 81 cm luggags as ramp is not accurate / no through entry. Though, I saw like a carrier but no english instructions. There is parking ramp but still you need a card to enter.
Also, why not leave appropriate consumables depending on the stay duration instead of as need, write and drop basis. Why not add info/request on your website for seamless digital access.
Everything else is ok except the drilling / carpentry noise and shouting from the parking or next door.
