“Stanza piccola”

“The quality of the room. The blackout blind was broken so I could not close it. The shampoo, conditioner and bodywash stand in the shower was broken and there is water damage at the bottom of the door framing in the bathroom. The curtain was also very dusty. Overall the rooms need to be of a higher standard, the photos were very misleading. When walking to room 1103 it can be quite jarring to look into the service area and sometimes the doors were wide open looking into the service area.”

“Stanza grande e pulita, colazione magnifica. Torno sempre molto volentieri al Fullerton”

“Personale gentile e disponible.

“The hotel staff where helpful and friendly, check in was quick and organised, our room was clean and had a nice view of Sydney Harbour Bridge ,a, few different areas to get a drink ,waitress service from the bar .”

“The air-conditioner unit did not work with NIL sleep for 5 people on the 3 bedroom apartment. Expedia stated free parking however The Star would only allow one vehicle. Terms and conditions never stated one vehicle therefore The Star should of allowed another but this was bluntly refused.”

“Personale cortese e disponibile a tutte le ore. Ottima colazione.”

“Posizione”

“The hotel is well maintained. The location is central, a 10-minute walk from Circular Quay and the Opera House. ”

“Amazing hotel, located in a very strategic point of the city, with a great lookout on the horbor. Very modern and well furnished, we appreciated a lot the pillow menu.”
