“The Hilton Charlotte University Place was about as good as it gets when you're not at home. The only thing I missed was a place to pick up some munchies late at night. But that was probably good, because I definitely ate too much at the great breakfast in the morning.”

“Its an old facility. The carpets are old and tired and need replacing immediately. The room itself was comfy (except for the carpets) and I loved the Crabtree and Evelyn shampoo etc. that was provided.
The room rate included breakfast - but one morning of my stay the kitchen was closed down, no notice was given, no signs were posted. Not even coffee was provided (you could buy a coffee from a machine for a minimum of $4.) the mini- market was way overpriced- $4 for 2 Advil? Really?

“It’s a nice enough hotel but every area except the lobby was clearly old and not well maintained. Hallways had a musky odor and the carpet could use a deep clean, room was clearly old and in need of renovation.”

“We stayed at Landing for 4 nights. It was our 1st time booking an apt. instead of a hotel room. We wanted more space for our 60-lb dog. The apt was clean, neat & cozy. The area was quiet. Customer service was great. I would recommend Landing for the reasons above.
We drove from NY to NC (12-hr drive). On Sunday morning (day #2), we found a boot on our car & had to pay two hundred to get it removed. A few cars had boots on them as well. I believe the area is owned by Landing. I don't think the...

“We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. ”
