“3 nights family stay, the gym is small but well equipped, the location is gorgeous and the housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast is very good but could improve in terms of variety. The restaurant has a limited menu and is the same of the bar. The service was very slow in general. Wifi was fast and very stable. Excellent value in general for the money .”

“Stayed alone as family member was in hospital overnight nearby. Felt very safe and all colleagues were helpful and understanding of my uncertainty with some aspects of my stay. Beautifully appointed room, everything you need without having to ask. Food was delicious and reasonably priced for such a high end hotel. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Leicester. And such close proximity to Leicester Rugby Stadium for any rugby fans. ”

“Very close to silverstone Staff super nice Bar makes great burger Only problems : gym closed too early on Saturday and open too late on Sunday And breakfast should start everyday at 7 A part for this is perfect”

“Nice hotel, got some great parts done ok parts. Check in on Saturday was very slow. Not sure why, but it took 25 mine to get checked in as some customers ahead of us, seemed to take forever to get resolved. Not sure why that was, staff, systems, or booking issues... Who knows, but with only 2 people before us, 25 mins is not great. The hotel is nice though,service is good, rooms are good, no real complaints. The lifts are very slow though and we thought they would break at any...

“The menu was varied both at breakfast and in the evening. Well stocked bar. The room was very hot, even with the provided fan but the bed was comfortable. Kept having to log back in on the internet, which elderly relatives found very tiresome. It would have been useful to have more written information, such as a selection of tourist brochures.”

“Perfect staff throughout. Rooms are comfortable. Garden is nice. Breakfast is good but a little pricey I would say for what you get. Spread a little poor. But staff will get you anything you require.”

“Checking in was easy and the staff at the reception was welcoming and friendly. I was only surprised we had to pay a refundable deposit of £50, I’m not sure I saw that during booking. The room was in excellent condition and our son had his own little corner which he really loved. Breakfast was ok and we ordered an omelette which was very tasty. I’d rate our stay 8 out 10. ”
