“We had a great stay despite hurricane Melissa and wish to commend the staff and management for their response and attention to guests' needs and services during and after the hurricane.
We met many outstanding and caring staff and hope hotel will be able to retain them once it reopens.
We are also grateful for the complimentary days post hurricane and all the efforts to facilitate our safe return to our respective homes.

“Room was immaculate and well cleaned daily. In room bar was kept up and restocked daily. Bed was very comfortable!
Employees were OUTSTANDING, pleasant and just very helpful, kind and sweet. Plenty of smiles and greetings from groundsmen to receptionist. Everyone was very welcoming!!...Thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
Buffet had a variety suitable for everyone, every type of dish was prepared.

“Everything was good the food staff was very friendly even when the hurricane was blowing they make sure we all get take care even when the hotel get lots of badly damaged they still make us feel well come catalonia is the best i will come again when they rebuild ”
