“My room was clean went to eat breakfast and the boarders were dirty I remember eating and looking at the dirt my room however the shower water was hot enough to cook pasta almost burnt my skin off and the water wouldn’t adjust and than quickly realized the water wasn’t going down the drain it was backed up I called front desk repeatedly and no one answered and kept going to voicemail finally when someone came. I was already too tired and went to sleep. It took the water almost 45 minutes to...

“This hotel is a disaster ! It was a false advertisement on how the hotel really looks . The room was very very outdated and the air conditioner did not work in the bedroom . The smell was overbearing with roach spray ….. We went up to the room and attempted to stay but we were unable to make it work . The front desk said they had another room but my wife said absolutely not ! The receptionist said he was going to cancel the reservation and not to worry that the charges were going to be removed...
