“The room was great. Comfortable bed, clean. My greatest dislike was the property was not easily accessible on foot to get to the restaurants or pools. Extreme hills. Cannot walk in heels. They have golf carts to take you around but I was not expecting this. Not convenient. I was very disappointed. I’m a walker so getting around was difficult. Hiking nearby but didn’t feel safe.. ”

“The bathroom was dirty especially the shower. You can tell it has been renovated, however, it has not been up kept. The cleaning ladies never cleaned my room or provided turn down service. They only knocked on my door to give clean towels. I really didn’t utilize the pool. ”

“Average hotel that was incredibly overpriced. Maybe the price hike was for the NCAA tournament. Parking was horrible. It was either pay $32 a night for a lot behind the hotel or $45 for valet in the same lot. The metro rail is right across the street, I highly recommend taking it for transportation.”

“The hotel/extended stay was amazing. I had the two bedroom apartment and I was not disappointed. The kitchen was fully stocked. The rugs sheds. The floor was dusty. The patio had ashes and cigarettes. The housekeeping manager was very nice as I ran into her in the hallway, she showed me around the pool and fitness area because I was lost and she was very useful when I needed extra towels during my stay.
