“Everything is alright about the Hotel. The stuff just needs to be more friendly and smile. Check out time is at 11am but was disturbed at 10:30am to check out. Overall if I wanted to stay at a Quiet place, I would go back to Crown. ”

“L’hotel si trova vicino al mare. E’ molto curato, con stanze ben tenute e dotate di angolo cucina con lavello e forno a microonde, frigorifero, piatti e posate. Le stanze sonospaziose ed hanno un’anima bella vista, sia che siano sul davanti che sul dietro. C’è un buon ristorante, anche se un po’ caro. “Went to check in prepared with confirmation number and booking email but front office staff were clueless, said there was no booking, had no idea about Wotif. Took 20 minutes for them to find a senior manager and be directed to get a room prepared. Once in the room, the facilities were fine and the room was quite reasonable but front office staff need a lot of training, especially given the competitive market for accommodation in Moresby these days.”
