“Kindness
The staff was so helpful and kind. People always say this but they are genuinely kind and thoughtful. Our room and our view was amazing. The pools are the perfect temperature. Many of the guests gathered at the end of the day in the jacuzzi to share what we did that day. It was so nice. The front desk scheduled our flights on Maya air, transportation as well as excursions in advance. Everything was seemless.
We will be coming back.”

“The most beautiful and relaxing resort in San Pedro! The grounds are gorgeous, rooms clean and comfy, staff is very nice, helpful, fun, and accommodating. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport by golfcart. We enjoyed the pool, rented our own golf cart for the week, ate at Pineapples several times - all were amazing!
Although we got a golf cart to explore all of Ambergris Caye, we could have walked most places from Ramon's fantastic location.
The wind pattern had caused a ton...

“Staff was very friendly and the WiFi was great. The room was clean and spacious. I had the premium room with the ocean view and balcony. I had problems with the front door when I first checked in, they fixed it within the first hour after I noticed it. The one problem I did have was the bedroom had no black out curtains. The bright light came in at 5:15 am every morning. Breakfast was great.”
