“The condo was just as it was described. Everything was clean when we got there. There were plenty of great beach toys. Matt’s communication was spot on! Really enjoyed our time and was worth the money!”

“Gorgeous house! The photos don’t convey how spacious and well appointed it is. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there were two living spaces. Comfy beds, bedding and towels. Nice amt of starter k- cups, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Loved the indoor/outdoor living and comfy outdoor furniture by the beautiful pool. Really appreciated that it was dog friendly. We even had dog bowls and doggie waste baggies!”

“Beachside condo rental, Sarasota, March 12-19, 2022. All good. The condo itself was slightly narrow. The beach outfront was a bit too crowded. Construction was going on next-door.”

“lovely hotel, have been here various times in past 20 years. This time was dismayed by the exaggerated prices. Not only was the room expensive compared to rates in the area, which is fine I knew that, what upset us were the hidden costs..parking 15 dollars!!!! for the car in a sunny normal parking lot...taxes, fees, at the end the room which is motel level with door on outside hallway was over 300 dollars. “We found a cockroach in the bathroom and had tiny ants on the counter so the unit needs to be fumigated for sure. They had 3 pools which was great and not a far walk to the beach. ”

“It was close to the beach, had a nice hot tub around back, was clean, and had all the tv channels. I didn’t like how small it was, they didn’t provide any shampoo/conditioner, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. ”
