Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”

“Do not book through Expedia.com (travelers Group) Mike and the hotel were very courtious and helpfil.. Expedia.com is the WORST!!!!!. This booking made as we were heading to our daughter's Jr. Olympics state gymnastics competition. This was supposed to be a double room. What we received was a handicapped accessible single room with one queen bed. As you are aware, this is breach of contract and fraud. The booking was made for four people. My daughter was to have her own room to be able to...
