“Nel complesso la vacanza e’ stata molto piacevole. Il posto e’ molto bello anche se molto molto grande. Personalmente preferisco strutture più piccole e riservate. E’ comunque molto bello e offre molti servizi. La Spa e’ meravigliosa. Dovete calcolare che per fare qualsiasi cosa serve la prenotazione e i tempi dominicani non sono mai certi, anzi! La spiaggia e’ molto grande e bella anche se in questo periodo piena di alghe quindi anche il mare non bello. Ma in genere mare cristallino e spiaggia...

“Struttura molto bella. E personale molto gentile. Unica cosa necativa è il cibo sia nel Snack Bar e soprattutto nel Buffet dove il cipo se non lo prendi direttamente alla griglia è freddo. Altra cosa che non mi è piaciuto quando ho ordinato un coco loco e sembrava fatto solo con latte e quando lo detto la risposta era, se voglio con la crema di coco costa 5 dollari. Mai successo una cosa del cenere in altri hotel a punta cana.”

“Nice enough hotel, great pool and the bar/dining staff are very helpful. App doesn’t allow you to book restaurants despite what they say and having to be there at 9am to book for the next day isn’t ideal nor does it encourage spontaneity! Louis at the Celsius poolside bar was great and looked after us all week - look him up when you’re there. Check in was a little slow, one suggestion would be to have an express checkout function. Great that it’s on the beach, always lots of chairs...

“Rooms, beach area, pool areas were all amazing. The resort is so big that no area ever felt crowded. Staff was always welcoming and quick to help with anything we wanted or needed. The only thing I felt was not amazing was the food. There were plenty of options but none that I thought were very good. But, I think that is pretty typical when staying at an all inclusive. It would not stop me from staying there again though.”
