“Albergo non centralissimo (centro comunque raggiungibile in 15/ 20 minuti con tram #4), molto silenzioso e con camere molto confortevoli. Unica pecca: non aver trovato sapone (solo shampoo e conditioner) e l’essere stati svegliati alle 08:30 di domenica dal personale delle pulizie che è entrato in camera, quando il check-out era alle ore 12:00. Per il resto non è mancato nulla e la stanza era pulita, per cui la valutazione è positiva.”

“Service is a bit slow and lacks attention to detail. There is a general feeling that the f&b outlets are working slower than usual maybe due to lack of staff. I think the service is very minimal and does exceed one's expectations, in many occasions a smile is missing on the staff's face. Pillows are too soft. ”

“I am hoarse from bleating about this hotel on every site on which it is mentioned. If you are, by nature, slightly old-fashioned, non-woke and, in my case, arthritic, there is no hotel to compare.
