“Albergo a 5 stelle dove non funziona nulla. In 8 giorni di soggiorno abbiamo cambiato la stanza e nonostante questo l'acqua calda non funzionava, idem per telefono, luci e wifi. Non è pensabile in un albergo a 5 stelle. Pessimo”

“Ottimo Hotel, posizione un po' lontana da Fort Cochin, la parte più interessante della città, ma è meglio così, perché si ha un hotel di classe, dal quale con pochissima spesa si arriva in taxi dappertutto. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Cocktail di benvenuto. Essendo arrivato verso le 9 mi hanno dato la camera 5 ore prima del check in, che sarebbe stato alle 14, senza alcun sovrapprezzo, con vista mare, anche se non era stata richiesta. “A comfortable stay with really good food! The 2 bedroom suites are great when you’re traveling with family, as there is a large living area to get together. The only problem we encountered was with extremely loud music coming from an adjoining property. I guess there was very little our hotel could do about that!”

“Ripples Resort made our Kerala vacation. The food, service, and accommodations were all excellent. We stayed for five nights. We had a bungalow near the canal.
