“Well. i stayed there for over 2 months. The chair provided for the small desk was a cheap metal thing. The metal legs scratched the floor (i am a double amputee). They charged me $300 for floor damage due to their crap chair. I am glad to be out of there.”

The Tru was connected to a sister hotel - 2 hotels with one reception desk. While at the desk another client came up and said they were not staying - though they had been moved to another room. “I booked our room May 5 for the weekend of May 15-17. We showed up to check in and the front desk employee told us they had no more rooms available. She stated she did see our reservation, but they gave the rooms to other people. She also stated someone should’ve called us and was sorry they didn’t. So we were stranded in Fort Worth at 1:30 AM with 3 kids and limited options. A majority of places we attempted to call had no availability or rooms not suited for us. Ended up finding a place...

“I stayed for 4 nights on a business trip. Overall the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the stay was very comfortable. The breakfast selections were well stocked and good for the value.”

“The staff were friendly and they were very nice to my dogs. The room however was not very well taken care of. The beds were nice and clean but the furniture was cracking and damaged, the tub spout was leaking and spraying water and the bathroom was just dirty. ”

“Hallways are very muggy and the ice machine would leak everywhere. Breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Some, but not all of the outlets worked in the room. No blow dryer in the room. The front desk had to go get one from another room.”
