“Everything was close. Drug store, gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores. If you needed something quick within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly. Rooms were very clean. No funky smells. Towels were nice and white no stains! Carpet was stain free. Air filter in air conditioner was clean. Definitely would recommend. ”

“Overall great stay. Mostly clean property. There were a few moments of loud folks, but mostly really quiet spot. The bed was very creaky and pretty firm but overall a comfortable sleeping experience. Hot shower and cold A/C. Only coffee available in the morning, but that's all I desired. “This is a new property in Lake Worth, TX. The owners, the young men who manage the front desk, and the staff is housekeeping are very friendly and so very kind. One side of the property is Motel 6. The other side is Studio 6. The 3rd floor is for guests with dogs. We stayed here for over 2 weeks and felt like family. We would definitely come back and we highly recommend this property.”
