“There was a disgusting spill just outside the elevator on our floor that talked down the hall. We told the front desk. The young woman said she would clean it up (she didn't) like she was the only person working. Same next morning when we checked out. The mess was still there which we mentioned as we checked out....”

“I made a reservation and when I arrived at the hotel they could not find my reservation so I went elsewhere just to find out a couple of days later that they still charged me for my stay I couldn’t get ahold of the hotel management about a refund …very poor service I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone ”

“The room was very clean and neat.”

“This room was like a cool little studio apartment. The air conditioner was great because I feel like sometimes it's limited by the property but it let me set it as cold as I wanted to.”

“The staff was nice. The floors had a residue on them so I didn’t want to walk without my sandals in the room. There was dried blood on a blanket. You can tell it had been washed, but that was gross. To use the electricity you had to keep the keycard in the wall. Also, I think someone was living in their car in the parking lot. ”

“The parking was fine ,however, the bathtub continually backed up. The was way to small for my liking. Upon my arrival i asked for a different room due to it being at the elevators. The gentleman working that gave me every reason why he couldn't accommodate my request so my wife said she'll just deal with the situation. Hopefully, if this occurs again maybe the person working will make a honest effort to accommodate their customer instead of being unwilling to. Other than that my stay went well. ”
