“Well. i stayed there for over 2 months. The chair provided for the small desk was a cheap metal thing. The metal legs scratched the floor (i am a double amputee). They charged me $300 for floor damage due to their crap chair. I am glad to be out of there.”

“The staff were friendly and they were very nice to my dogs. The room however was not very well taken care of. The beds were nice and clean but the furniture was cracking and damaged, the tub spout was leaking and spraying water and the bathroom was just dirty. ”

“They are not prepared for severe weather at all! Well, they prepare by shutting down the room TV’s to start with. I was staying visiting family. Other relatives stayed there on visits and it was quite impressive. I arrived Friday and wrote a rave review with high scores on everything. When I planned my trip, I only looked at my travel days (when I’d be flying). Well, they had a severe storm coming in on Saturday early evening. “Hallways are very muggy and the ice machine would leak everywhere. Breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Some, but not all of the outlets worked in the room. No blow dryer in the room. The front desk had to go get one from another room.”
