A newly renovated barndominium on the bank of the Arkansas River awaits. Just a short 50-minute drive from the state capitol, Little Rock, this charming one-bedroom barndominium with a loft offers a serene retreat nestled in a wild pecan grove on the banks of the Arkansas River. The property features a spacious open floor plan with a pool table, 85" smart TV, comfortable leather couches, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large bar/island and elegant black granite countertops.

With three twin beds in the downstairs bedroom and four XL twin beds in the loft, this 1250 sqft property is perfect for gatherings and relaxation, offering stunning river views. The Arkansas River provides excellent fishing opportunities for bass, crappie, and catfish and a growing sport of bow fishing. The property features a dock for ease of fishing and relaxing. A nearby boat launch allows easy access to the river, which is known for its ideal waterskiing conditions during the summer months.

Boating, kayaking, and bird watching are popular activities, and the dock is available for watercraft parking. The secluded location away from the city lights makes it ideal for stargazing, observing shooting stars, and relaxing getaways from the hustle and bustle.

Perfect Family Place

We absolutely enjoyed every second of our 2 night stay! Beds were comfy, pool table and Xbox kept the teens busy, and the view was stunning. We saw barges, bald eagles, squirrels, and fish! Attention to detail was amazing, the whole place was really clean, communication was 10/10, and all the decor was fun to enjoy. We will recommend it to anyone and cannot wait to go again! Thank you Ryan for being a super host

⭐A New Favorite⭐ Better than exected! We expected a comfortable place to stay close to the path of totality for the 2024 eclipse. It looked really too good to be true for the price. It delivered and then some! We had a great time enjoying the outdoors like we exected right on the river, but we even had fun indoors with the pool table, basketball, etc. For a family of seven, having more than enough beds for each of us is a luxury we don't often get! When we arrived, everything was nice, neat, clean, and tidy. My duck-loving son especially loved the decor—decorated just as you'd expect a duck-hunting cabin to look like. Our suitcases and a few bags of groceries were all we needed to make this place our home away from home. Definitely marking this as a favorite.
