“Great hotel, staff at check in and check out were excellent, my only complaint was we booked this hotel specifically for the bar, because the Tru next door didn’t have a bar. However the bar was closed Saturday night because they didn’t have a bartender! The restaurant next door had a bar but it closed at 10pm.”

“The room was not great. It smelled bad upon arrival and just had a thick musty moldy feeling about the room it was super humid inside the room and the carpet in room felt wet. The breakfast was fantastic and the best I've had at a hotel so I was happy about that.”

“The staff is very nice and very understanding. The only thing I didn't like was I had to walk quite a distance to get food because I didn't have a car. But the owner or the main manager I think he's the owner was helpful and did offer a ride but not to me because he didn't know I needed a ride”

“I booked this hotel for a fun overnight getaway with my boys, mainly because of the advertised waterpark, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The room itself was fine, but the waterpark closed at 5:00pm!!!!! with check-in at 4:00pm, that left very little time to actually enjoy it that evening. That information should be made much clearer when booking. They ended up leaving a tiny little pool open at the insistence of a different guest, but were rude about it. The staff...
