“Room was lean and spacious for just one person. Dishwasher,full size fridge and microwave,nice shower,great bed, desk, pullout sofa and ottoman. I was gone most of the day, didn't use the gym or swimming pool, but room was very nice and clean, plenty of towels, very quiet at night, slept great.”

“Heather at the front desk was overly helpful. The only issue we had was trying to change info on the reservation. Your legal given name is supposed to be used for bookings and not nicknames. It was a bit of a pain trying to change it but, like I said hotel super awesome!”

“Ok for a quick visit but wouldn't recommend for anything beyond a weekend stay. Please be aware that people do not respect the non-smoking signs throughout the hotel. My room reeked of cigarette smoke and I had to keep the AC going to filter out the smell. Mu entire side of the hotel was non-smoking. Also I wouldn't recommend bringing kids there. There are people with kids there but there some things I wouldn't want my kids seeing that I'd have to explain. The staff was awesome and very...

“Overall, the room was rundown and dirty. The showerhead had mold on it. The deadbolt lock on the door did not work and the bed was uncomfortable. It seemed that there hadn't been any renovations in quite a while. I travel to this area frequently and will not stay here again.”

“It smelled like cigarette smoke from entrance to the rooms. We couldn’t stay. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, however. We did not end up staying there and the front desk clerk was understanding.”

“The property is aged! And it’s showing up in many ways, sadly we did not have enough pillows. They were extremely worn, so much that we had to fold them in half to get any comfort. The linens were dingy and looked more beige. We had little to no bathroom soap or even any receptible to. Get ice. When we checked in the room smelled of smoke and their was no ventilation in the bathrr And the room steamed and the hallway air was stagnant. Had little to no air”

“I normally stay at the Edgewood, MD location, but it was all booked, so after searching, I decided to book here. After driving 6 hrs in traffic I arrive to check in only to find out the elevator is broken. Too late to book somewhere else on such short notice so I have No choice but to stay. My room is on the 4th Floor! I now have to hike up 4 flights after unpacking my car. I enter the room and it smell like mildew. There is like a musky hot steamy feeling. Like everything feels damp.
