“Overall, the room was rundown and dirty. The showerhead had mold on it. The deadbolt lock on the door did not work and the bed was uncomfortable. It seemed that there hadn't been any renovations in quite a while. I travel to this area frequently and will not stay here again.”

“Room smell, musty and maybe a dog peed in the room previously we didn’t have to switch rooms. They did switch our room that room also did smell slightly and there was really no AC in the hallways. It was about 100° that day so as soon as you stepped out of your bed, your door it was just stifling hot.”

“Our stay was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the clean, modern atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast was a highlight—the selection was diverse and delicious, and the chef was exceptionally friendly and welcoming to everyone. I think it would be a perfect experience if the front desk team could match that same level of warmth; a more welcoming tone at check-in and check-out would go a long way in making guests feel truly valued from the moment they arrive.”

“Ok for a quick visit but wouldn't recommend for anything beyond a weekend stay. Please be aware that people do not respect the non-smoking signs throughout the hotel. My room reeked of cigarette smoke and I had to keep the AC going to filter out the smell. Mu entire side of the hotel was non-smoking. Also I wouldn't recommend bringing kids there. “The entire hotel looked a bit run down if one looked at it up close, but the inside of the room was acceptable and the bed was comfortable enough. There was also good water pressure in the shower. However, one of the handles on one of the drawers was broken and never replaced, and the bathtub needed to be resurfaced.
