“The rooms are worn and outdated. Some of the staff are not knowledgeable about simple processes. It takes longer than usual to check in and check out. Although the property is clean, it felt like I should have gotten more for the money I spent and in comparison to other Marriott hotel stays.”

“Overall, the room was rundown and dirty. The showerhead had mold on it. The deadbolt lock on the door did not work and the bed was uncomfortable. It seemed that there hadn't been any renovations in quite a while. I travel to this area frequently and will not stay here again.”

“Turkey bacon is not bacon, the only thing that was wrong with the stay. I am not sure if this was normal, but please use real bacon, otherwise Home 2 is definitely in my top 5 places to stay. Fireplace was an amazing touch.”

“Room smell, musty and maybe a dog peed in the room previously we didn’t have to switch rooms. They did switch our room that room also did smell slightly and there was really no AC in the hallways. It was about 100° that day so as soon as you stepped out of your bed, your door it was just stifling hot.”

“This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t travel often, but when I do, I usually stay in lower value hotels because I don’t require much. But the dead animal stench and the roaches crawling throughout the room were too much. I’ll probably never stay in an America’s Best Value ever. I had reserved 2 nights but had to cancel the last night and went to a different hotel.”

“The staff was very, very friendly!! Our room was clean when we arrived. The whole hotel was clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was good. There were the basics, cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt; there was also a waffle makes and breakfast sandwiches. The staff did a great job keeping the breakfast area stocked. We enjoyed our stay.”

“We were early for check-in and our room wasn't ready. No problem. However, the person at the desk was great! She was very friendly and was able to find an available room for us very quickly. Our room had a very "musty" smell and showed it's age. The bed was good enough but the lounge chair was stained and ripped. The bathroom was clean and well supplied but the shower was very slippery and I had a near fall. The toilet also clogged easily as the flush pressure was very low. The breakfast was...
