“I have never met a friendlier staff than at the Ritz Dallas. Wow. Amazing job. We loved our stay the beds were wonderful. Recommend the spa and if you go add the oxygen infusion, you won’t regret it. ”

“The Joule delivered an exceptional experience overall. The Deluxe Loft Suite was impressive, and for the first day, everything was operating at a true five-star level. Unfortunately, the AC failed in my room and the issue was not resolved during my stay. That was an unexpected miss, especially given the standard the property otherwise upholds. Had this not occurred, this would have been a flawless five-star stay across the board.”

“Clean room, comfortable bed, when they say Micro-room they mean it. which is not necessarily bad thing but it was a shock to me that the room was as small as it was. The building is very clean and neatly decorated. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. No parking, and the coffee is expensive. This may be common to the area but I am unsure as I was just passing through.”

“The Courtyard Marriott Dallas Downtown/Reunion District is in a great location. You can see Reunion Tower from the rooftop and even from some of the rooms, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself was very clean, and Macrina at the lobby bar was especially friendly and welcoming. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and more. The Union Station Dallas is literally across the street, making it extremely convenient for getting around. My only complaint was...
