“Il nostro appartamento era perfetto. Nel cuore di Downtown, al 49esimo piano, vista meravigliosa. L'hotel occupa due piani (48 e 49) della torre Santander e non utilizza chiavi, né altro per l'accesso, se non un codice numerico. Noi abbiamo avuto problemi all'arrivo, perché non ci era stata inviata la mail con il link per il pre-checkin, quindi non avevamo il codice e non riuscivamo a entrare. "The only good things about this hotel are the location and that it has Sturbucks next door. Poor housekeeping, which consist of making the bef and changing the towels. For a week they never gave me clean glasses in the room, tha same 2 glasses for 6 days, that i had to wash them myself. The staff is friendly but inefficient. I’ve traveled the world but have never had a request for an uber or a taxi turned down. I asked if they could change money (20 dollars) into small pieces the answer was no. I was not given any help with my bags either on arrival or departure. NO I wouldn’t recommend it!!!"
