“Spent an hour at check in because I was turned away for not having the email needed for the parking pass. I search and searched. Waited in line a second time to tell them I couldn’t find any email and that I had exhausted all means to find it. Was then informed that apparently the email was never sent.”

“This hotel was great. The room was huge, sparkling clean and all new. The mattress was very high quality and the sheets and pillows were good. The front desk staff was very helpful. The hotel far exceeded my expectations and I will stay here again. ”

“I like the property because it was near everything. However I was disappointed because when I booked the room I was expecting a room on the beach. They gave me a room across the street. When I asked about it they said I had to call the hotel and request the ocean front room. Any other hotel I booked with if they advertised beach front then they gave you a room beach front not across the street.”

“On a postive note, the beds were comfortable. However, the pictures that are posted on the website are not a true representation of the property. The rooms are outdated and disgusting. I had a partial ocean view from the balcony. the funiture on the balcony was disgusting as well.The toilet was running throughout the entire stay. Maintenance came twice to repair not sure what he did but it didn't work. I would never stay there again. If you are looking for a nice resort DONT I wouldn't...

“No me alquilo más en este hotel ,en primer lugar la habitación q me dieron no fue la q alquilé segun ellos no habían más habitaciones disponible ,super sucio ,la piscina también sucia no se lo recomiendo a nadie .”

“You can’t get any closer to the beach! We opted for a ground level room and our door led straight to the beach and the pool. We had to check in at a different location than our actual hotel but it was very close by. I would recommend asking for extra linens and towels when you check in bc it is very difficult to get a call in to the front desk or housekeeping. Great location to dinning and we didn’t leave the area the whole week we were there.”

“Great location! Amazing views! Pool was also nice to use! Bar would have been better if the TV’s had worked (stayed during World Cup). Room was clean, a little dated, but worked for us. Two AC’s in our room, only one worked well, asked staff more than once to check the other, and never did even after saying they would.”

“We stay here every year and absolutely love it. Great staff, always clean and everything you need all in one place.”

“The room and beds were clean, which set a good first impression. Unfortunately, a few maintenance issues made the stay disappointing. The blinds wouldn’t open correctly, the shower drained so slowly that water pooled around my feet, and the TV had visible lines across the screen. While I understand most people come for the beach, the price suggests a higher standard of upkeep. With a few fixes, this could be a much better stay.”
