Some common areas in general and the chairs in my guest room were a bit worn in areas, but it appears the property is under renovation, so hopefully those little touches will bring the property up to a higher standard. “The rooms were clean. Porter/valet staff need more training. Front desk staff were lacklustre and there’s no follow through. Bar/restaurant staff were great. Wifi/cell service is awful at this hotel (whether you pay for the wifi or not).”

“Booked with Expedia five months prior to my stay. When I arrived the hotel informed me that I didn’t have a reservation even though I had a confirmation number from Expedia. They were all booked up and no more rooms available. Now I have had to file a claim to get my money back. Awful experience and terrible customer service.”

“Hotel was good but very noisy especially at night or early AM from street. Ear plugs being provided in your room did not seem to compensate for the noise at all. Would not stay here again.”
