Hotel vicino a Galleria Carl Van Vechten - Nashville

“The room was clean and neat. I was allowed to checkbin early, even though there seemed to be some type of confusion between the person at the desk and other employees. The bed and pillow were ok, not the best i had in the past. Parking is almost 64 dollars after tax, they do not have a self park option at the hotel. Unlike other Marriott hotels, there is nothing complimentary at this hotel, not even coffee in the lobby, when you leave. There are other hotels in the area at the same price...

“I searched available properties by proximity & price. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to Broadway. The price was acceptable. What I didn't expect was an apartment! It was huge! Very urban, modern style. This would be a great, long term rental. Fine for overnight. But we didn't have time to take full advantage of the suite. Super new. Super clean. Two items that needed a little TLC: The toilet wobbled. The shower head wasn't tightened and leaked a tiny bit. Neither of which...

“Staff was awful ”

“Easy to park on the street by the bldg. Surprisingly quiet even next to a large road. Friendly cleaning staff always working when we went in and out. The rooms, esp. the bathrms, need more hooks/bars. Our room had a thick rug that was both a tripping hazard AND slid dangerously under our feet. Kitchenette well-appointed. The only area noticeably unclean was the balcony (furniture dirty, food scraps on floor).”

We briefly met someone who was serving as the onsite person when we checked in and the text service was helpful to make sure everything went smoothly and to see if we needed anything.”

“Exceptional in every regard less one thing. On top of the $859 I paid to stay for one night in advance, I received an invoice for an additional $32 amenity fee. When I asked about the fee, the concierge proceeded to point out all of the amenities in the hotel, and there are many, and I was told they pass that fee on to every client to help cover the cost for such amenities. I responded, then what was the $859 I already paid you for?”
