“great place, great atmosphere and a very warm welcome from all the staff. it's 25 minutes walking from downtown and very close to some great restaurants. Nice and quiet neighborhood. mi only recommendation would be to have a fridge in the room and a waste paper basket. Hope to see you soon!”

“My husband and I always stay at the Hermitage. This iconic hotel is rich in history and is a lovely landmark in a time when historic buildings are torn down to make way for new eye sore “modern “ hotels that lack any kind of aesthetic. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are well appointed. The Tiffany glass in the foyer is breathtaking. ”

“Probably one of my best stays yet! Accommodations are great, bed is so comfy, rooms are large, bathrooms are stocked and beautiful. The restaurants on site are delicious and staff is super friendly! Also - love that their are so many water stations throughout the hotel and big fan of the crushed ice in the ice machines :) ”

“We enjoyed our stay in this roomy apartment. The only problem we had was no cookware to use in the oven. One size stovetop pan was missing but lid was there. Need dish cloth to wash dishes also. One of the closest doorknobs was about to fall off. Just a few things that needed work. The bed was very comfortable, spacious living area, tub was oversized, high large closets, overall a great comfortable place to stay!”

“Walkable to Broadway but in July we opted to Uber and it was a perfect location to do so! About $4-6 each way. No free breakfast and room service every third night which we were fine with. I would stay here again, it was comfortable, quiet, and clean. It's an affordable off broadway option.”

"L'hotel è situato in ottima posizione, in 5 minuti a piedi sei sulla Broadway. La camera era decente, il bagno non grandissimo ma ci si stava in due, presente la vasca con tendina per la doccia, quindi non una vera cabina doccia. I corridoi sono esterni, quindi appena esci dalla camera ti becchi, oltre al caldo atmosferico, anche gli scarichi dei condizionatori, non certo il massimo! Purtroppo, come in tutti i posti in USA, moquette ovunque che non è certo sinonimo di pulizia. Colazione negli standard americani con non una grande scelta ma cmq prodotti buoni, il tutto servito in piatti, posate e bicchieri di plastica! Ovviamente la differenziata non sanno nemmeno cosa sia, quindi tutto in un sacco ed il gioco è fatto, il pianeta ringrazia! Personale cordiale e presente sempre per eventuali aiuti."
