“Everything at the Jaxon was pleasant with exception of management communication and description of sleeping arrangement.
On arrival, I was unable to access the room due to a typing error of the door code. However, once I got ahold of Management by phone, they were able to unlock the door for me. It was stressful to arrive and not have it working.

“My biggest concern was the room opened to the outside world. There were no interior rooms available. I was most uneasy over that.
The room overall was acceptable although the bathroom was extremely small. And there were water stains on the ceiling which were concerning.
However, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
Staff were friendly and helpful--especially the two ladies assisting with the breakfast buffet.
They were quietly efficient and most helpful The location was perfect...

The most insulting staff who has no manner yell and double charge my credit card , invade my room many times without my permission . I m. A physician who works at the hospital JFK right next to the hotel and this nasty assistent manger attacked me twice claiming i owe them when she double charged me and over charged me .
