“Cabin on the water was lovely & the balcony a great feature although needed an umbrella & seat cushions. Unfortunately the bar & terrace area was taken over by a golf presentation so a little disappointing as very limited free seating & early closing for bar & food provision. Huge stain on the bedroom carpet, bathroom door hard to close & a very noisy toilet seat! Plenty of parking & a quiet night’s sleep. It was close to our planned event but wouldn’t stay again.”

“The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant.”

“Hotel was fine. It wasn’t amazing nor was it poor. It was fine. We had a family room and it was plenty big enough. Rooms could do with air conditioning as they were so warm and also some security on the windows. With two small children and being on the ground floor the windows could be pulled open from outside and climbed through sonw had to keep them closed and roast all night. Pool was nice, breakfast was decent. Parking spaces are tiny so if you have anything bigger than a mini, prepare to...
