Furnished studio apartment with huge bed, kitchen, living room, own bathroom & terrace, with fast wifi (fiber optic cable), TV, and equipped kitchen, with fridge. Access to the swimming pool, garden. There is also a sports / leisure area with gym equipment.

All services included, including laundry and ironing of your clothes, changing of bed sheets, and cleaning every 4 days.

The owner (family with 2 children) live downstairs but you have your full privacy & separate entrance.

The studio has a huge bed and a large terrace, on which a kitchen is installed.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a blender, as well as many pots, cutlery and other miscellaneous equipment. The sink is on the terrace. There is a fridge in the studio.
The bed has a premium Makassi Gold mattress and high-quality 100% cotton bedsheets.
It has a nice terrace overlooking the pool. The studio has its bathroom with shower and bathtub. It offers plenty of storage space. The studio is very ventilated and bright.
The laundry of your linen is included in the price.
The internet is very fast (fiber optic).
All windows have mosquito nets, as well as the bed.
Internet TV with netflix.

Guests have access to the garden, swimming pool and the sports / leisure area which include ping-pong table, foosball, bench press and a boxing bag.

The Residence has a concierge 24h. He cleans the apartment and changes your sheets, blankets, and towels. Our maid downstairs takes care of your laundry for free.

We are looking for quiet guests: no parties, no loud music. The pool is closed from 8pm to 6am.

You can order, at an extra fee, the airport pick-up (54 € one-way), breakfast (9€), lunch (23 €), dinner (23 €) as well as a drinking water (18 liters) – 10 €.
