Il personale ottimo, la struttura ha una posiziona perfetta per chi ama il mare, molti supermercati nelle vicinanze e la camera è stata la miglior sorpresa, spero di ritornarci!

An indelible stain on the Sheraton's reputation.
Room 316 is in pitiful condition, stained plastic tub, corners full of mold and poorly cleaned even the Sink Top is stained.
Also the wall behind the toilet with strange feces stains.
Sheets with stains and cigarette holes, the cleanliness of the room in general neglected.
To close the picture of room 316 is the window broken and arranged in a crude way by staff.
An unacceptable situation for a hotel like the Sheraton.

Una macchia indelebile sulla reputazione dello Sheraton.
La stanza 316 è in condizioni pietose, vasca in plastica macchiata, angoli pieni di muffa e poco puliti anche il Piano del lavandino è macchiato.
Da segnalare anche il muro dietro il water con strane macchie color feci.
Lenzuola con macchie e buchi da sigaretta, la pulizia della stanza in generale trascurata.
A chiudere il quadro della stanza 316 c’è la finestra rotta e sistemata in modo grossolano dal personale.
Una situazione inaccettabile per un albergo come lo Sheraton.

Lucky upgrade
Old but good Hotel. Parking area is covered with valet service. I had lucky upgrade; kitchen, saloon and big bedroom. Small swimming pool but 5 minutes walking to corniche beach, I advice Gate 6 for 10AED not very busy.

Shreaton o sheraton?
Dopo aver soggiornato in questo hotell ho capito perche expedia in ogni parte del sito,conferme di prenotazione comprese,persiste a chiamare questo vecchio albergo shReaton anziche shEraton come scritto sull'insegna..... Non credo che una catena alberghiera importante e conosciuta come sheraton sappia che questo hotel si fregi con il suo nome. Chicche da segnalare la cucina arredata con un cucchiaino da caffe e una tazzina scheggiata (almeno la coppia dato che ero in doppia) un asciuga capelli avvitato dentro un çomodino e il bagno di un improbabile rosa confetto

My flight landed a couple of days after the flood. I got to the hotel in the wee hours of the morning exhausted. The hotel was booked up but Derick the receptionist spoke with someone in the reservations department and they managed to find me a room. I was so grateful for that! From the time I checked in, I have been treated with nothing but respect. The time I spent in the restaurant eating breakfast has been very pleasant as well. I would like to personally thank the staff in reservations, Derick the receptionist, Najoor in housekeeping, Elisha in security, Abdul Seemed driver, Vinod valet driver and the staff at La Veranda for making my stay pleasant.

I was not allowed to get the room although it was paid through Expedia a couple of months ago.
After talking repeatedly with the reservation department of the hotel they told me that they did not receive the payment. Therefore, reservation was not honored and dropped off their system.

We often stay at the Khalidiya Sheraton mainly because of location and price. Also, the rooms are quite spacious with plenty of storage space, and the bathrooms have a bathtub, which personally I like.
Reception desk now on ground floor seems smaller than before when it was on first floor - and at times there is a long wait to check in or speak to someone. Also several times we had problems with room keycard. Sometimes, it worked in lift but not for door and vice versa. Then you have to go to reception and sometimes wait your turn before they can reactivate your key. This is surely a general problem (assume we aren't the only ones to experience this) which I thought only used to happen years ago when a mobile could affect a room cardkey.
Pity the Ground Floor restaurant is not as it used to be. No longer desirable to eat there. Also the pub seems to be permanently closed - it was also closed last time I stayed there a year or more ago.

Member of staff at check in (who said he was the manager but but found out the next day that he wasn't!) was extremely rude and abrupt. There was am issue with my Expedia confirmation stating parking was free for one car, which I clearly had printed out in front of me - he was just so rude and really couldn't care less and went ahead and charged the parking fee saying that it was Expedia's error not the hotels! There was no apology or any acknowledgement that they needed to rectify this error or that they would honour the cost of the parking, as it was only one night, in this instance! Wouldn't recommend or stay there again! Rooms very old and dated - only one towel, toiletries etc for 2 people. Just really bad service generally.

1. This is the only 4 star hotel specially with the name of Sheraton who has charged 15 dirhams / 4 usd
2. The room condition and property condition is old
3. Hair dryer was locked inside dressing table drawer and wasnt working. It wasnt fixed even after complain
4. I have asked for first aid first they said they dont have first aid guy but they will send kit, later they said come to first floor to staff room and then they said manager will call and it took over 2 hours. Later manager came with a shopper of medicine and brought one engineer who refused to do first aid.

Pretty tidy however, there's a lack of 24/hr food service and no international adapter for outlets.

Bad start to the trip
Check in was slow. They issued me a hotel card for access to lift and hotel room. I tried to access the lift however it was not working. I told the receptionist they told me to just go up first to wait inside the room for them to rectify the problem. I went up with my luggage as they instructed. however I still couldn’t access the room with the issues card. I went back down to tell them the problem. After some time, they told me the problem had been rectified. I went up and accessed my room but the electricity weren’t working for the whole room. I went down and told them the problem. They told me I didn’t know how to on the electricity. I showed them a video of the room and the way tried to on the lights. They then told me to wait outside the room while they contact the technician. I told them I would like to change room. They reluctantly did so.

Solicitamos camas dobles y nos dieron cama matrimonial, ademas nos dieron habitacionws de fumadores y tambien se solicito que ni sean fumadores, nos dijeron que no habia , pero no de l mejor manera. Mala experiencia con este hotel por suerte fue 1 noche

UNBELIEVABLE that its Sheraton, pathetically maintained, poor dirty linen and interior, walkways had matrices hanging, leaked bath, dirty sofas, unfriendly for luggage walkways, poor restaurants, its a total shame for the brand

Good location for corniche and visiting other locations around Abu Dhabi...All staff really helpful and polite.
There are some areas looking a bit tired but generally well maintained.
Definitely worth staying again.

The property gave an older look, not very well kept rather needs a refurbishing. Facilities worn out, needs make over as I think they are beyond their economic life.
Staff is very helpful and cooperative at front desk particularly Ms. Noor and Mr. Amir were very helpful. The housekeeping staff was also very good.

First and Last
It was a family bonding and we did not enjoy our stay. The receptionist was not accommodating, the customer service was awful and very slow, the swimming pool was used for kids swimming lesson, it takes forever when you call the housekeeping and the food was not worth the price. I will not recommend it to my friends.
