“I stayed at this hotel recently and had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. I had arranged in advance for a taxi pickup at night from the airport and to my surprise—and complete dismay—no one showed up. This is something I’ve never experienced before in all my years of traveling and booking airport transfers through hotels. At that hour, when options are limited and you rely on the hotel’s promise, this level of negligence is simply unacceptable.”

“Very nice and neat property! Service and food quality was very good. Rooms were sound proofed so we did not get disturbed by any traffic noise from outside. “Decent property with good rooms . It's very big property with lots of open space and beach access. Enterence of the property is flashy and gives classy look. Food is huge disappointment, High tea is a shame. Lights are very less which gives seedy look at night. Pool is not very clean and tiles are broken. The security head has some attitude and not fair to KA cars. The place has secure feeling and had a great sleep. Overall good experience. There are many very good 5 stars around and restaurants...
