I had arranged in advance for a taxi pickup at night from the airport and to my surprise—and complete dismay—no one showed up. At that hour, when options are limited and you rely on the hotel’s promise, this level of negligence is simply unacceptable.”

Only way to do something is through hotel cabs, min charge around 45€ for that. - lack Of hygiene by waiting stuff. They touch your glasses, Plates , no gloves used. - bathroom full of limescale , doesn’t feel cleaned. I know water is hard here, but still. Stains on most furniture and...

“Decent property with good rooms . It's very big property with lots of open space and beach access. Enterence of the property is flashy and gives classy look. Food is huge disappointment, High tea is a shame. Lights are very less which gives seedy look at night. Pool is not very clean and tiles are broken. The security head has some attitude and not fair to KA cars. The place has secure feeling and had a great sleep. Overall good experience. There are many very good 5 stars around and restaurants...
