“I stayed at this hotel recently and had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. I had arranged in advance for a taxi pickup at night from the airport and to my surprise—and complete dismay—no one showed up. This is something I’ve never experienced before in all my years of traveling and booking airport transfers through hotels. At that hour, when options are limited and you rely on the hotel’s promise, this level of negligence is simply unacceptable.”

“BUG INFESTATION (INCL THE BED) AND NO RUNNING WATER We booked a suite, by far the most expensive accommodation in the area, and could not have anticipated that we would spend the first night in a room filled with bugs, 2 of the 3 days without any running water and no hot water for the entire stay. We advised the hotel of the bugs in the room. They claimed that they fumigated every day (a concern in itself- why is fumigation necessary every day if the hotel is kept clean?), and that they would...

“For the price, We can find better deals around Chennai. Extra person charges is not worthy as the hotel didn’t provide extra bed, they have only the extras mattress which wil be placed on the floor. The room is too dusty too.”

“Carpets were dirty with many stains. Room had a bad odour. Windows glass pane was dirty. TV remote had missing cover for battery and keys not readable. Room service replaced it.Reception said they would change room but alternate rooms same condition. Food at restaurant was very good. Service at restaurant was excellent.”

“While pool and clean beach are good, poor service and highly priced food is let down. Dinner options are limited”
