“Lovely hotel, nice and clean. Room spacious and more than adequate. My only grip would be that there was no mirror near the plug so really hard for a woman to be able to blow dry/style their hair. Staff very nice and super friendly. Good location with just a 2 mins walk to the tram”

“L’hotel si trova in una posizione centralissima e vicina alla stazione dei treni e ben collegato mi ha ricevuto un ragazzo di nome Andrea bravissimo preparato e paziente .. sorvolo su il prezzo di una bottiglia di champagne.. la stanza grandissima datata coperte del medioevo che rilasciano peli e batuffoli di lana .. doccia spettacolare con acqua bollente a fiume pochi interruttori per controllare la luce .. la cosa terribile è la colazione .. il personale vestito senza divisa con gli stessi...

“Front desk staff were excellent. Room clean and very roomy. I stayed in one of the Club rooms. Breakfast was more than adequate and a large selection of produce. Only negative point was that the room was very hot through the night despite all the windows being opened. ”
