“I paid for my room in advance and when i get there they made me try to pay $50 for a deposit since when do you pay a deposit on a room that is paid for in advance by a card ive ever only paid a deposit when i paid for the room in cash this made me mad so i asked for a refund in which they told me to refer to expedidian which i did come to find out my room was non refundable which is a starck contrast to what staff told me staff told me it was refundable i will never stay here again ever.”

“Pool was cold and unusable, no hot tub, dirty bath tub, and awful toiletries. Carpet was disgusting and tattered in the entire building and we couldn’t escape the horrible odor. It smelled like someone died recently, it was that bad. The shuttle does not start until almost 5 although the website says no later than 4 so we had to pay $50 to take an Uber. Will never be back.
