“Easy check in and comfortable ”

“The property was well equipped and comfortable. It is very convenient to Berry College”

“Neighborhood looks sketchy, but nobody bothered us. Very quiet. House was nice and clean on inside. Had everything we needed. The location was great. We were close to downtown and to the Rome tennis center Publix and Walmart were both very close. The coffee station was an added bonus and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Beautiful home, very clean. Loved that the pool had already blown up floaties waiting for us so it was very inviting. Hot tub was full of water and clean with proper chem balance (no overpowering chlorine smell that some hot tubs have). Cabinets and light switches all had labels that made finding things easy. “This property was perfect for our stay to visit Berry College! It is a very short drive to the campus. Very convenient! The property is cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional! Communication with the host was easy and Melissa is very friendly! She referred us to some local restaurants. My wife and daughter chose Provino's and we were not disappointed. Thanks, Melissa! Even if you didn't book to visit Berry, I think the location is great for anything you are wanting to do. ”

“This precious house made you feel like your were home..we enjoyed our stay very much!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Malone Home. The entire house was newly renovated with nice upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. The property owner was very responsive with any questions we had. ”

“Highly recommend! Great property and well maintained. Owner is very responsive and attentive. ”

“A great place nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Host very friendly and quick response.”

“We were looking for a quiet, serene place to get away from our busy lifestyle and that is exactly what we got! Gorgeous view and peace and quiet. When we arrived the property had not been cleaned yet due to a communication problem with the app and the cleaning crew being notified the previous guests were out. However, they immediately sent someone out to clean it for us and made things right. We would definitely revisit Deer Valley in the future.”

“Great place. Super convenient to restaurants and to the Berry College tennis facility. The home was very clean. The living room allowed for all of us to hang out. Everything worked out great. Excellent communication and a very easy check in.”

“Wonderful property close to town - pleasant walk to restaurants and shops and river. Host was outstanding and made sure everything was ready for us and available if needed (although we didnt need anything more!!). Highly recommend for anyone who plans to spend time in Rome.”
