“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was extremely clean and was tasteful decorated. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was also well stocked with all we needed. The location was close to most of the sightseeing we came for. All the information we needed was clearly supplied by the owner. A great place to return to.”

“Stoudtburg Village is just about the cutest place that we have stayed. It is a quiet village with a bonus of shops around the village, and across the road that we walked to. The house itself was perfect for our needs and had everything that we needed in the kitchen. We have stayed at other houses within VRBO and others and have had to go out to buy some of the items that we needed, we didn't have to do that here. My only drawback was that the upstairs bathroom needed some updates, but was still...

“The house is a very nice house inside. the only reason I gave 4 stars for location, was the street parking. We usually were able to park right in front of the house, but the traffic going by, made it a little scary getting in an out of the car (we are seniors, and don't always move that fast). We liked that we didn't have to drive into the city and try to park there. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Central Market, and the other shops in that area. “Stayed here to attend US open LPGA tournament with 3 friends. Nice accommodations, walking distance to several markets, eataries, etc. We enjoyed the back firepit area alot. At times neighborhood could get noisy w car radios but subsided fairly quickly. Nice large bathrooms, comfy beds, and couch. Kitchen could use some more pans, utensils but we made do. Easy entry/checkout, good communications with host. Would rent again if in the area.”

Only comment is for mobility impaired guests; there is a large flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms and no walk-in shower - just small, freestanding tub.”
