“Shuttle only goes 3 miles from hotel...does not service airports...”

“I spent about 10 minutes in the lobby waiting to check in because the person at the desk was on the phone. The room had a very strong odor. There is stuff all over the walls and most of it just needs to be cleaned off. The bathroom has mold on the ceiling and the rubber molding around the tub is coming off. There is mold around the edge of the shower wall. Bottom line is you absolutely get what you pay for. Luckily we are only here for one night.”

“Food choices in the buffet kitchen were very limited. No butter, peanut butter etc for toast/bagels. Only strawberry jam. Apples only for fresh fruit and they were not fresh. No forks or spoons one day, only spoons another day. Pool was dirty, the whole week we were there not one staff attempted to clean. Kitchen floor in our room was not level, dips all over. “Room smelled; it was a mixture of stale cigarette smoke and musty/mildew coming from the AC. I dont think AC filters have every been cleaned or changed. Dead roaches everywhere. Stains all over the sheets. It was gross. ”
