Getting to the apartment:

A street gate entrance with door code will take you to your secluded 3 Bed apartment where you’ll find a KeySafe that opens the gate and apartment.

Please note On-Street parking is for 2hrs only Monday-Saturday and the ticket inspectors come frequently.

You will find a Parking Permit either inside the KeySafe or on the fridge. Please display this Parking Permit on the front dashboard of your car at all times.

Failure to put back the Parking Permit when you check out will result in a $150 replacement fee.

Door keys must strictly be left in KeySafe when you’re away from the property.

Failure to leave keys in KeySafe when you leave or loosing the keys will result in a $150 replacement fee.

Ultra fast WiFi and a 55” Smart TV with Amazon Prime is waiting for your enjoyment.

The kitchenette doesn’t have an oven but offers hot stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge while also housing a washing machine.

3 Double bedrooms with an L shaped lounge open plan living with a ‘to the side dining area’ plus a shower/toilet bathroom is more than enough to service your needs.

Outdoor area is magic at night with lots of night lighting, trees and a wall garden secluded behind a high 1.9m fence while you entertain the family under the huge brick paved veranda area in full privacy.

Ashford Hospital at the end of the street with Shops close by, KFC, Hungry Jacks, Pizza, Cafes as well as public transport bus stop at either end of the street. City on one side and the beach in the opposite direction.

A 24hr Petrol station is a couple hundred metres away for those late night snacks and there’s a lush green park playground with basketball, tennis courts and soccer field only 2 streets away.

Very quiet area during the week and on weekends.
