“Very good ”

“We just needed an affordable and clean safe place to sleep and this checked the boxes. The staff were very helpful and it had what we needed. A few quirks for being an older hotel, (had to turn on the light switch for the bathroom before you could get in and close the door in the middle of the night, and there's a hole in the wall in the bathroom where the door knob hits it) but worked great for us and we were happy to use this place. Loved that the mattresses were NOT memory foam! Thank you!...

I genuinely say the Home2 Suites on Colonial Drive in Winter Garden is the cleanest and best customer service experience I’ve had out of all of them. I live in Virginia and traveled down with plans of staying 7 days. I initially booked two nights so if I was dissatisfied with the hotel, I would check out and try another one. “Breakfast is waffle-heavy, good scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, only small flavored yogurts, mediocre coffee, no gluten-free bread or pastries. On the morning I left, I skipped the free breakfast for one at Orlando airport. Snack area at the front desk had lots of cheap red wine.”
