Outdoor pool is not HEATED so keep in mind if planning a late night swim! Bar area near the pool was under maintenance there was no bar available on the property extremely upsetting. Breakfast wasn’t the best thing ever. Bush gardens and Yingling brewery is walkable distance which is a plus if planning to attend :) will not be staying here again! ”

“The hotel looks great from the outside and on the website. However, when I arrived at 4 p.m. to check in, the experience was disappointing. The carpet had a lot of debris—candy wrappers and pieces of tissue. The front desk staff seemed tired, as if it was time to end their shift. The room was very poorly equipped: no hangers, no tissues, and the hand soap was already half open. There were also issues with basic amenities—no tissues at all, and the remote wasn’t working. I would not book with...

“The room was clean, but the towels were sparse and thin. There was nowhere to hang a towel, there was no bath rug. There was no coffee maker or anywhere on property to get a coffee. Not likely to stay there again.”

“We were only there a few days and didn’t get to use the amenities, but the time we spent there was very relaxing and nice . Rooms were clean and beds made up every evening when we got back from our daily outings . Would stay again .”
