“Fantastic historic place. Comfy bed, lovely clawfoot bath, cheerful kind owner. Nothing super fancy, just a sweet place to stay for a good price with beautiful view of the river in charming town”

“Didn’t like we had to stay in an outdated building and had to walk to the main building for everything. Didn’t like that our keys didn’t work and we had to walk back to main building. Food at all the restaurants was good.. room was clean.”

“Had to pay for breakfast. And No smart TV. Had to watch cartoons and local news.”

“Clean the room, change the sheets, pick up the towels. Have a person at the desk not a robot.....”

“Bring your own sleeping bag lay it on top of the bed asleep on it and make sure you bring your own pillow and soap and shampoo. It will do for solo person, but I sure would not bring my family there.”

“Amazing stay”

“When calling the hotel prior to check in, the customer service was absolutely delightful! The customer service agent I spoke to was pleasant, helpful and competent. Checking in was slow. We arrived late, about 1045 pm and waited 30 minutes in line to check in. Customer service agent at the desk was pleasant, but clearly overwhelmed with the tasks. The room we were staying in had clean sheets...thank goodness for that. The bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower drain and hair on the toilet,...

“What a great stay! Clean would be an understatement. The breakfast was great, the pool was great and the staff was amazing. Can’t wait to come and stay again!”

“1st morning, I woke up to a bedbug under the pillow. I was moved to another room and didn't see any. The only amenity was breakfast and you couldn't eat it in your room, makes no sense at all because you can take any other food to your room and eat it. That's why it has a refrigerator. Dumbest policy I've ever seen!”

“Used the Motel6 App for booking reservations. Once I selected the room I wanted and used my credit card to reserve the selected room, my confirmation would show a different room. Also, when calling the front desk to ask for correction of the selected room, I could not understand the lady who answered the phone, therefore I could not get the issue resolved.”

“First off, the floors in my room were extremely slippery. It felt like there was some sort of residue left behind—hopefully from a cleaning product—but it seemed more like whatever was on the floor had simply been spread around rather than properly cleaned. To make matters worse, there was a strong septic/sewer odor coming from the bathroom. After investigating, I discovered the sink did not have a proper P-trap installed. “Location”

“The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom.”
