“Hot tub didn’t work so we basically had a bubble free bath. Ask housekeeping to Not service room of 2 night stay. They went into room anyway when we were gone. Morning of check out, housekeeping came into room without knocking, even though we had sign on door that we weren’t ready, nor had we checked out yet. They almost caught me changing my clothes. No apology just shut door and went about their business on the next room.”

“They had no staff to help with unloading the luggage or to parking the car. They only had one restaurant open while the others were closed. The rooms were old and worn out. It was a terrible place to stay.”

“Front desk guy was nice. Room was not clean enough and was in bad shape. Weird smell when we entered, which we later found out was an uncleaned microwave that was SUPER greasy to the touch. I travel with disinfecting wipes, so was able to resolve myself. Mirror in bathroom had obviously not been cleaned (splatters all over it). Bed was comfortable. Pillows were fine. Air conditioning worked. Broken tile in bathroom. Door wouldn't latch properly (but they DID fix it promptly). Definitively the...

“We needed a place to stay for the night and this hotel accommodated that need. Bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and instead of removal the hotel choose to paint over it with white paint but it was still very visible. Left a musty smell in the room if you left the bathroom door open. Would not stay again.”

“Need improvement on maintenance as bedsheets has lots of stains all over the beds and bathroom was not cleaned properly”
