“Sono stata al Bethesdan Hotel per 3 notti e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. La struttura è moderna, ben tenuta e si trova in una zona comoda di Bethesda, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro e da diversi ristoranti e negozi. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, con un letto davvero comodo.”

“Hi, a really great hotel. I had called earlier to mention a late arrival. Although they initially charged, they quickly sorted out a refund when I arrived. The hotel room and bathroom were pristine. I had an issue with a padlock on my suitcase - it took a while for maintenance to attend but when they arrived it was sorted quickly. Great location - 6 mins walk to the metro station. I did not sample the breakfast/food but would highly recommend.”

“This hotel is wonderful. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful about kind. Dion was AMAZING!! Room is very clean. Only downfall, parking is valet only. Room service was nice as well..I felt very comfortable. I will definitely return.”

“Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a couple days wasn’t the best experience, the iPad that is connected to everything stopped working, we asked front desk if it can be fixed they said yes and didn’t fix it. We also couldn’t change AC temperature it was freezing we asked the front desk if they can manually higher it and they didn’t. The tv would also turn on randomly in the middle of the night. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and hard as a rock and the pillows were very flat. Other than that...
