“This hotel is convenient for when I need to stay in Selah or even when visiting people in Yakima. The rooms are clean and efficient. The beds are comfortable and the selection of pillows allows something for everyone. The breakfast is great, but I would have loved a small bowl of oatmeal this time around. Maybe packets of plain and flavored oatmeal could be added to the line up to cut down any waste. Parking is good. Checking in and checking out is a breeze. All the staff is so pleasant and...

“Really nice property. It felt safe for an older, single traveler. The bed was pretty firm, right on the edge of too firm but otherwise comfortable. The only negative I have to say is that the pillow situation was terrible. There are 4 pillows, all the same, which were overstuffed and firm. I woke up with a stiff neck in the morning. If they change out 2 of the pillows for something softer, it would be a home run!”

“The pool was actually warm and enjoyable. Although the hallways smelled strongly of marijuana, the room we stayed in did not and it was pretty clean. Our TV was broken and they weren’t able to fix it during our stay, but they did offer some refund which was very nice of them. Breakfast was pretty limited in options (especially any healthy options, and no decaf coffee), but did have waffle makers which the kids liked.”

“It was a very nice place but i asked for a handicap room. The room was very nice however the bed was so high it was very difficult to get in. I asked for a handicap room because i had some disabilities with movement. A little bit lower would have been wonderful!”

“Good value for the money. Kitchenette is great. Would have run the dishwasher had there been soap. Bed sheets were a bit loose and fit strangely but beds were comfortable with 4 different types of pillows there to choose from. Overall a good stay.”

“Our vehicle broke down near Pendleton. We were towed to Yakima and needed a room near the airport to pickup a rental to drive to Seattle. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff helpful and there are several restaurants nearby. The shuttle took us to the airport the next day and the hotel is very close to the airport.”
