“E cellent place to stay in Airdrie. The hotel was super clean and in a convenient location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I like the location of the hotel,there are some restaurants across the street…room was clean and big for 3 people , bed was comfortable… but I didn’t like the position of the emergency stairs to the slow operating elevator , another thing was the breakfast with poorly prepared food and choices, omelette was served frozen and some other things was missing from the menu of the day… breakfast room was also not clean enough , limited space and overflow garbage…but after all i like my stay”

“Our tv did not work on our arrival no sound. I called the front desk, no help was offered. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall when i tried to gather toilet paper. Housekeeping would have had to know it was very loose. I let the front dest know about the issues in the morning at check out. Woman at the front desk was sympathetic, but offered nothing for our inconvenience. Not too impressed with the way this issue was handled.”

“The stay was good at the hotel until after checkout we called back to see if they had found some leftover beer we’d forgotten. 3/4 of a pack. That I’d left in the fridge in the room. Arrived to talk to the front desk and they sent a staff member up to the room. Looked in the room for it and was told that it was not there. Unimpressed because we 100% left it behind, we’d checked our vehicle. Told the front desk “well, I guess someone stole it,” and I left. They called us 25-30 mins later and...

“I travelled for work for 40 years, and this is the cleanest hotel/motel I have seen.”
