Welcome to Kyarra

Discover this modern 4‑bedroom, 2‑bathroom home tucked away on the hill at Aireys Inlet, offering seriously sensational views out over the Painkalac River, Fairhaven Beach and beyond.

You’ll love being within walking distance of the shops – the General Store, cafés, restaurants and beaches are all just minutes away.

The master bedroom (with ensuite) enjoys those very same stunning views and is privately located on one side of the living areas. The main kitchen, lounge and dining space are light and inviting, and the multilevel roofline adds a wonderful sense of space. On chillier days, the open fire heats the entire house via a hydronic heating system — making Kyarra an ideal winter escape.

Double glazing ensures a quiet, restful stay. With WiFi and desks in two of the large, bright bedrooms, you can easily combine ‘working from home’ with an after‑work surf, a cliff‑top walk or a relaxing drink on the deck overlooking the magnificent coastline.

Outside, Kyarra is surrounded by lush green grass — perfect for kids to run around while you enjoy the outdoor dining and BBQ area.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Just a stunning property that meets all expectations and some. Views are stunning. Clean. Great for all age groups. Stayed at this property multiple times and it’s always equally wonderful. Delightful owners and great team around them.

Great location

The property has a great view and kitchen in a terrific location but it is lacking a lot of basic maintenance. Door handles fall off, bathroom doors don't lock, showers suck, lights flicker, doors get stuck and the beds and pillows are pretty poor quality and hard as hell. I loved the location but wouldn't recommend this particular property.

Heavenly stay at Aireys Inlet

We absolutely loved our time at Kyarra the house and outdoor area were amazing and located right next to the pub! short walk to the lighthouse and beach it was awesome. Highlight of the trip was the huge window with a view out to the beach sunsets were sublime.

Great location

Close to shops and skate park. Walking distance to the pub! House had lots of room and lovely garden surroundings. It was hard to keep warm, but we appreciated the owners giving us a call and some tips. Overall a really good stay.

Exceptional

We booked as a group of 6 adults and 2 children. The property was much more impressive in real life than expressed in the photos- there was ample space, it was very comfortable and perfectly clean. I would highly recommend.
