“The entire hotel looks like it was recently refurbished. Our room looked like brand new and was clean looking. The carpet looked clean but our feet were black from walking on it. I wish they had tiled the entire room instead of installing carpet.”

“Bodily fluids on the walls in bathroom, hairs in bathroom and in shower. Pretty gross. Beds felt clean but so hard, I woke up with a bad ache after barely sleeping because the ac turns off and on & the “consistent fan” button did not work, therefore the loud machine work me up every 5 minutes, there is a street and fire station right next door making it more noisy if you don’t use the ac and leave the window open. “Been coming here for years. Due to future likely demolition rooms are very dated and repairs non existant. This time, there were long hairs in bathroom and dead cockroach when I woke up in the morning. I mentioned this to front desk snd showed picture while checking out and desk person said I will let management know. No room comp. ”

“The room was nice and clean. There were some stains on the covers but it looked like it was burned not dirty. The room we were in was facing an outside area, so throughout the night it wasn’t quite. Noise was manageable but not ideal if you’re looking for a quiet environment. Staff was super nice and didn’t charge us a deposit fee as it was our first time staying there. Free parking is a plus and was super easy to find!”

“The room was much cleaner than I expected and in great condition. It didn’t seemed dated at all. Gigantic bed that could probably fit 4 people. Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and helpful throughout. It also felt very safe and secure. It was also quiet within the hotel with little external noise coming in. ”
